I just wanted to let you know since I've started Yoga, everything in my life got better: lost some weight, improved my flexibility and posture and I feel more energetic, happier and peaceful. Yoga helped me to go through some personal problems and I am always looking forward to a class. You made me believe in myself again and believe I can do it.

.....I was pretty upset before yoga class and I sat in the parking lot for almost 30 min trying to cool myself down. When I finished the class I felt so much lighter. I noticed that all my frustration came out in the form of sweat. It really helped me calm down and get a good night's sleep. Thank you very much!

....Thank you for your wonderful teaching. Coming to yoga classes has become part of my life. I really enjoy the atmosphere, serenity, and gentle approaches to the variety of poses. They are never the same, (combined differently into the sequences), and that is what makes it so exciting.
Since I started classes 7 months ago, I've made better progress with you than I did working out with a personal trainer for almost 3 years. I've gone from a size 10 to size 8, and my pants still feel loose! I am getting so many compliments!
The most important thing is that my back does not hurt as it use to. I feel more relaxed.

...a big thank you to you. I don't think without attending your fabulous yoga classes I would have been able to deliver naturally, (which is what I wanted to experience!) My husband also believes that yoga helped me get through the pain and kept my body strong.

I have been coming for about 2 months now and I can't remember feeling this good. I have had a history of lower back problems and I feel my back getting stronger with every class. My daily back pain has been dramatically reduced and I am sure with continued yoga classes it will no longer be something I deal with every day. I love that your classes are challenging.
